Burger Joint at Le Parker Meridien $

This burger changed my top 5 list!

I Love Burgers! so i've been continuously updating my top 5 list for years, on the quest for a perfect burger. this one definitely made it. juicy fatty sirloin beef, with the works (lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles), a side of fries, and a coke to wash it all down. The proportion of the meet is perfect with their bun - not overly thick and tiny, not overly thin and dry- just right.

the line isn't as ridiculous as it is in shake shack- you walk into the parker meridien and to your left is a velvet rope to a hole in the wall (literally) where you'll see scribllings by somewhat famous celebs. the line is out the door but they're quick! you either are ordering a hamburger or cheeseburger, cooked to your preference, with fries or not. that's it, that's all that fits on the cardbox box card menu. seating is first come first serve, and they can only fit about 20 people- so it's a bit vicious. Take it to go and walk to central park if you have time.

check out my new best burger list- this is disregarding atmosphere/price/service - quality and taste of burger only. I obviously had to kick someone off...
